This section provides access to Roll of Honour and ESAA Medallists documents for every county and former county with the exception of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. There is only a Roll of Honour for these counties.

In total over 13,500 ESAA competitors are listed in these documents. They have accounted for the nearly 22,000 medals on offer since 1925.

The Roll of Honour documents detail all athletes for the county to have won an ESAA championship title; and / or an SIAB title. The winners of medals at the major senior championships and at many age-related ones are also shown. Pen-pictures of those who have excelled in another sport are also included.

The ESAA Medallists document for a county lists those who have won an ESAA championship medal in an individual event.
